Polercise Int 1:

Welcome to Intermediate! So now you have a hang of the spinning pole. Let the pole work for you! After mastering some new moves you will be learning a short routine.

Polercise Int 2:

This course involves learning more complex moves, including leg hangs and climbing on the spinning pole. A new routine will be learnt over the 8 week course.

Polercise Int 3:

To help you master the demanding moves taught, we highly recommend at least two classes a week from this level onwards. In Int 3 you will be learning ariel inverts, shoulder mounts, and the Daryl Hannah so expect some new bruises! Please check with your instructor before enrolling in this level.
