No photos or video taping are allowed to be taken during any of our classes (excluding private functions).  We uphold the privacy of all our clients.

We understand that sometimes uncontrollable circumstances affect students getting to classes on time but we ask that every effort is made to arrive promptly.  The warm up part of our classes is essential to help prevent injuries and therefore students arriving after the warm up will be responsible to warm up alone before joining the rest of the class. We will turn you away if more than 15 minutes late

Although we do not provide refunds for ‘no shows’ OR Cancellations

Please be aware, that no refunds will be given for your course under any circumstances once any payments have been made wether it be the deposit or full amount. however we can defer terms and move your payments over to another term.

There are no refunds on practice sessions, casual classes or workshops; however, if we are given more than 48 hours notice we will transfer the payment to another class.

What to wear

 We recommend:

  • Short shorts are recommended for all pole levels as various moves require you to grip the pole with your thighs, however, you can wear whatever you feel most comfortable exercising in.
  • Bare feet are best but you may wear runners or flat dance shoes if you prefer. We do not recommend rubber soled shoes as they provide too much grip and will restrict your movement.
  • We do not allow students to wear Pole Heels in class.
  • Please avoid wearing any lotion or oil on your hands and body prior to coming to class as it will cause you to slip off the pole.
  • You may want to bring a bottle of water, yoga mat and small towel. We have change rooms so you can bring your things with you and change here.

If you have any current health related conditions that interfere with normal exercise or you may be pregnant, we require a certificate from your doctor or physiotherapists confirming you are fit to participate in any of our classes. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions that arise before your next class that might interfere with you participating. Please make sure to read your waiver form
